The owner of a west side apartment complex is offering a $5,000 reward for anyone who can lead EPD to the suspect(s) in a robbery that happened Sunday night.
When the property manager of OrchardGate Apartments came into to work on Monday, he noticed the garage door was open, and all of their specialty tools to fix air conditioners and heaters were gone.
He says the big ticket items such as a concrete saw seemed to be the target.
Around $10,000 in tools and equipment were taken.
