The gates of Wesselman Woods are open after having to close earlier this month due to severe thunderstorms that impacted the tri-state.
The nature preserve was hit by 65 mph winds that damage around 100 historic trees, covering the forest floor and blocking trails.
Park officials say staff, volunteers and city workers have been in clean-up mode ever since.
They invite the public to visit, but to keep in mind, the clean-up is ongoing.
