Three Indiana State University students died in a single-vehicle accident Sunday morning.
The University’s athletic department says five people were in the vehicle when it crashed with several football players.
Vigo County Sheriff says the vehicle left the roadway, hit a tree then caught fire.
Police are working to identify the three victims that died.
The crash happened in Riley, Indiana located 10 miles from the Terre Haute campus.
