Indiana State Police responded to a report of subjects walking along I-64 around 1:00 this morning.
When troopers arrived they located two adults and three children.
Further investigation revealed that 27 year old William Burdette of Evansville was driving a 1997 Ford Explorer when the vehicle left the roadway, rolling several times down an embankment.
Police say Burdette showed signs of impairment and had minor injuries.
The children ages 6, 3 and 1 had minor injuries and checked on scene by EMS.
Burdette was arrested and taken to the Warrick County Jail.
