The man allegedly involved in a fatal accident that happened last Friday has been arrested.
The Henderson Police Department found Barry Lee Harper at a family member’s home in Robards, Kentucky on Tuesday.
He had a warrant for the leaving the scene of an accident with failure to render aid causing serious injury.
Harper was driving the Dodge van that collided with a motorcycle driven by Charles Harris who died at the scene.
His wife was transported to Deaconess with serious injuries.
Harper had a suspended license from a previous DUI at the time of the accident.
