Knox County dispatch received several calls Wednesday night about a wrong-way driver.
30 year old Alexander Rosa of Washington, Indiana was traveling north in the southbound lanes on Highway 41 near Elkhorn Road.
Rosa continued driving the wrong until a deputy was able to pull him over.
A Further investigation revealed the driver had a blood alcohol content of .21% and had never had a valid driver’s license.
Rosa was arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail where he is currently being held on bond.
