The Evansville Otters will have a benefit game Thursday at Bosse Field as they take on the Joliet Slammers.
The first pitch is at 6:35 and 100 percent of game sponsorships and a portion of gate sales will go to Jacob’s Village.
The money will provide accessible housing for people with disabilities and help the residents live independently.
The last 16 years the Otters have raised over $210,000 for the organization.
General admission tickets are $5 with free popcorn.
Stay after the game for a big fireworks show.
