The man who made the 911 call to report the death of his grandmother is facing charges.
When officers arrived to the home of Betty Ann Stevens her grandson 40 year old John Stevens allegedly threatened them.
Stevens started to fight the officers when they served him a warrant for his clothes.
Officials say the 85 year old victim was found in the backyard.
She died from strangulation and blunt force trauma to the head.
