A former jail officer is accused of pretending to be a real one.
Over the weekend 63 year old Jim Zink went to a Jasper McDonalds, showed a badge and demanded that a juvenile employee be released to him.
The Sheriff says footage from the restaurant shows the juvenile leaving with him.
Zink worked for the jail for about a year in 2017.
He faces charges of impersonating a public servant.
