A 20 year old man is accused of child molestation.
The victim told investigators that Jaivontae Armstrong had been touching her inappropriately for a few years.
The latest incident was Tuesday.
She says that’s when Armstrong forced himself on her.
EPD arrived at the hospital after a sexual assault kit was done.
The suspect was placed in handcuffs after medical staff told police what was found.
