A person was shot in the foot after an argument in the 1600 block of East Indiana Street.
Evansville Police say it happened around 6:30 last night.
The victim was taken to Deaconess Hospital for non life threatening injuries.
The vehicle that is believed to have connections to the shooting was found in a different location.
Officials say four people are in custody and will be questioned about the incident.
