Weekend Road Closings

Multiple weekend events will have Evansville roads closed.

Evansville Police Foundation will be hosting the ‘EP FOUNDATION SWAT CHALLENGE’ beginning Friday, May 6^th, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. and continuing until Saturday, May 7^th, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.  Closing Riverside Drive between Court Street & Cherry Street; Vine Street between Riverside Drive & 2^nd Street; Sycamore Street between Riverside Drive & 2^nd Street; Main Street between Riverside Drive & 2^nd Street; Locust Street between Riverside Drive & 2^nd Street; Walnut Street between Riverside Drive & 2^nd Street; Chestnut Street between Riverside Drive & 2^nd Street.

Funk in the City will be hosting the ‘DERBY EVENT’ beginning Friday, May 6^th, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. and continuing until Saturday, May 7^th, 2022 at midnight.  Closing Second Street between 1114 Parrett Street and Jefferson Street (Friday); Second Street between Adams Avenue & Jefferson Street (Saturday).

Haynie’s Corner Arts District Association will be hosting the ‘2022 FIRST FRIDAY SERIES’ beginning Friday, May 6^th, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  Closing Adams Avenue between SE 2nd Street & entrance of public parking lot on Adams; Washington Ave between Putnam Street & 6th Street; SE 2nd Street between Adams Avenue & Jefferson Avenue.

Stef L’s Amour will be hosting the ‘STEF L’S AMOUR FIRST FRIDAY BLOCK PARTY’ beginning Friday, May 6^th, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. to midnight.  Closing Judson Street between Washington Avenue & the alleyway of 936 Judson Street.
