The Lincoln Land Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 203 is asking for donations for a brother officer.
Thursday morning, Spencer County Deputy Ron Harper was struck head-on, while on duty.
He was life-flighted to a Louisville hospital and will undergo several extensive surgeries.
These unexpected expenses have a created a hardship for his family.
Deputy Harper is a three year veteran of the Sheriff’s office.
He is a father of young children with one on the way.
