Former Evansville Parks Department director Brian Holtz pleads not guilty to numerous felony charges.
Holtz made his first court appearance on Tuesday to formally head charges of at least 12 felonies including counterfeiting, forgery and official misconduct.
The charges stem from a nine-month investigation by the Evansville Police Financial Crimes Unit.
The Vanderburgh circuit court recused itself from the case which is now moved to superior court.
