The parents of a 3 month old infant have been arrested for murder and neglect.
Detectives say 23-year-old Caylin Monroe and 22-year-old Jakob Scott were taken to jail Tuesday afternoon.
The investigation began this February after the Warrick County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call on Honeysuckle Dr. because of an unresponsive infant.
First responders found the baby deceased.
The Sheriff says the baby, Silas Scott, died of starvation.
The couple is being held without bond.
