Holly Dunn Pendleton, co-founder of Holly’s House, will speak tonight at Smothers Park in Owensboro.
She was invited by the non-profit group New Beginnings.
Holly is the only survivor of Angel Resendiz, known as the railroad killer.
He was arrested in 1999 and put to death by lethal injection in 2006.
Holly and her boyfriend were attacked in August of 1997.
She was beaten and raped and left for dead.
Her boyfriend Chris Maier was killed.
