Hoosiers impacted by the pandemic can now apply for help, paying the mortgage.
Indiana Homeowner’s Assistance will use $167 million of the American Rescue plan funding to pay for homes, insurance and property taxes.
Properties that qualify must be single family, condo units, 1 to 4 unit properties where the owner is living in one, as their primary residence.
Also Manufactured homes permanently affixed to real property and taxed as real estate.
