The Evansville Fire Department answered a call around 5:15 this morning on West Franklin Street.
Heavy smoke was seen coming from the rear of the Aqua Care building.
Occupants that lived in the apartments above the business got out safely.
Hazmat was called because of the pool chemicals.
The fire is under investigation.
