A possible suspect in an Evansville double homicide has been killed in a Corydon traffic accident.
It began before midnight Thursday when a woman called dispatch whispering that she had been shot.
Arriving police went inside the open door of the home at 715 North St. Joe and found a man and woman dead.
Police were looking for two people in a gold Buick.
Later this morning, an Indiana State trooper spotted a car matching the description in a Corydon parking lot and gave chase.
The car went airborne on Highway 135 after hitting a driveway and a utility pole.
The driver, who was alone in the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.
