The Clarion Inn at the corner of Highway 41 and Lynch Road has been closed for seven years.
After a dispute among the hotel’s stakeholders, it closed it’s doors for good on December 26, 2014.
The property was vacant for years until a group that wanted the corner of the property bought it.
Scott Edmond of SVN The Martin Group says title to the property took two years to sort out.
