Special needs patient 28 year old, Robin Phillips died in 2020 while in the care of three Compass Residential employees.
Latavia Booker, Glenda Fields and Victoria Brown have been jailed and charged with neglect.
Two days before her death, the employees were told to take her to the emergency room.
The caretakers declined saying, “It wasn’t their responsibility”.

All three woman are being held on a $150,000 bond.
