Police stopped a car that failed to signal as it turned onto the Lloyd.
When the detectives approached the car, he recognized the passenger as Jourdan Dabbs.
Officials say, when he was asked his name, he gave the name of his deceased brother, Stedman Dabbs.
Police placed the driver, Kelsey Allison and Dabbs in the back of the patrol car.
During the search of her vehicle, a small plastic cup with a yellow wax substance was found. along with three burnt marijuana roaches.
They were arrested and taken to jail.
Other drugs and paraphernalia was found in a residence connected to a case.
