A woman driving intoxicated sideswiped another vehicle, causing both drivers to lose control.
This happened in front of Papa Johns on North First Avenue Tuesday morning, shutting down the northbound lanes for a few hours.
The other driver suffered injuries and was transported to the hospital.
Officers say, 28 year old Kayci Wilderman of Clinton, Indiana was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and having a suspended license.
