Three Perry County residents are in custody after a drug investigation.
Officers were called to a welfare check in the 200 block of North 4th Street.
Police say, they arrived with a search warrant in hand.
Inside the residence, they found meth, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and cash.
37 year old Bradly Rubin and 33 year old Amanda Bye are charged with possession and neglect of a dependent, after two children were removed from the home.
31 year old Jessica Little is facing several charges and lodged in the Perry County Jail with Rubin and Bye.
