A new kind of entertainment has been launched for Newburgh.
A crowdfunding campaign is in the works for a pickleball complex.
The hopes of building 10 courts off of South Vann Road is backed by Lieutenant Governor Suzanne Crouch and the Indiana Housing and Community Development.
The goal is to reach $50,000 by April 19 of this year.
If successful, the project will be led by Rivertown Pickleball of Southern Indiana.
Pickleball is a paddleball sport that combines badminton, table tennis and tennis.
