The Evansville Fire Department was called to a house fire Saturday afternoon on North Fourth Avenue.
Fire crews say Smoke and flames were coming from the basement when they arrived.
The fire was out in five minutes and sources say the structure had moderate damage.
The occupant told the Fire Investigator that they were working on a moped in the basement when it caught fire.
The investigator ruled it to be an accident.
Evansville Fire Department say there were no injuries and the family was not displaced.
