The Harrison County, Kentucky coroner confirmed an investigation in the death of 5 year old Brayden Irwin.
Police say, his mother and her companion are charged with his killing.
28 year old Kayla Irwin, from Tell City and Daniel Clemans of Payneville, Kentucky were arrested yesterday.
They are locked up in the Meade County jail charged with murder without bond.
