Tuesday Henderson police were called to the 400 block of Ray Street.
Officers say ,Justis Wilson was accused of strangling and physically assaulting a female.
Wilson was not there when police arrived, but was found at another residence and taken to the Henderson County Jail.
He is charged with strangulation and domestic violence and outstanding warrants.
