Evansville fire department crews were called out late last night to do battle with a fire in an apartment complex.
It happened about 11:30 Tuesday night in the 2800 block of Washington Avenue.
Firefighters say the blaze was knocked down quickly and no one’s hurt.
No word on cause or resident displacement .
