An inmate at the Henderson County Detention Center has been charged in connection of a fentanyl overdose of another inmate.
Detectives with Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force say, 30 year old Coriyahvon Outlaw is charged with trafficking, promoting contraband, tampering, and possession.
It only took a few minutes for the other inmate to collapse after taking the drug.
Narcan was administered by medical staff and the inmate was taken to the hospital.
Arrests and charges are pending.
