A hundred new apartments are headed to Evansville’s north side.
The Area Plan Commission gave approval on Thursday for a rezoning request by Ohio-based Redwood Apartment Neighborhoods.
The new complex will be located on about 30 acres at North Green River Road and Heckle.
The Area Plan Commission now sends the proposal to the Vanderburgh County Commissioners with a recommendation for approval.
