Well they’re not clowning around down at the Ford Center… at least not yet.
But preparations are well under way for the 87th annual Shrine Circus.
It’s a much-anticipated event since it was canceled last year over pandemic fears.
The circus opens Thanksgiving day and runs through the weekend.
It’s been a holiday staple in Evansville since 1933.
