The woman murdered in her Vann Park Blvd. apartment has been identified as twenty-three year old Kayla Marie Warner.
She was found unresponsive Monday morning by a family member.
A child was found sleeping and unharmed, while a silver alert was briefly issued for another child and later found safe.
Travis Rodgers was taken in for questioning and later released.
