Ellis Entertainment of Owensboro will build a 60-thousand square foot racing and gaming destination in Town Square Mall.
Construction will begin early next year.
The new facility represents an investment of about $20 million, bringing about 200 jobs to Owensboro and vicinity.
Hiring is expected to begin late in 2022.
The new historical racing machine venue will feature a stadium-style grill and bar.
