The situation in the 800 block of Hess near Maryland and St. Joe involving a man with a gun has resolved peacefully.
Dispatch tells WIKY News that a man inside a home at 801 Hess who was brandishing a gun surrendered and came out of the house.
He’s reportedly been taken to the Vanderburgh County Jail.
