Owensboro Police have made no arrests in three separate and unrelated shootings that happened early Sunday morning.
To shootings happened on Scherm Road.
The third happened in a parking lot. 21 year old Jarnell Carter of Evansville died at the scene of one of the shootings, and another victim is hospitalized with potentially life threatening injuries.
At least two others were hurt in the shootings.
