Calling this past weekend, “as rough as it gets,” Kentucky governor Andy Beshear gave a statewide COVID-19 briefing on Monday.
The governor reported more than 10-thousand new COVID cases in just three days.
He says more than two thousand new cases yesterday was the highest Monday total ever, and hospitalizations were also at an all time high.
