Mayor Lloyd Winnecke will join with the West Side Nut Club for a news conference later this (Monday) morning.
They’ll make an announcement related to this year’s Fall Festival which was canceled last year in the throes of the Coronavirus pandemic.
Deputy Mayor Steve Shaffer said on Twitter that today’s announcement is not a cancellation of the event.
The announcement will take place at the Franklin Street Library Park at 11:30 this morning.
The Fall Festival is the first full week of October.
