Dive operations have been approved in the Cumberland River grounding site of the cruise ship American Jazz.
The divers will consult with American Cruise Lines, the Coast Guard and salvage workers in efforts to safely re-float the ship that ran aground near mile-marker 62 over the weekend.
120 passengers were safely taken off the ship by pontoon boats.
About 41 crew remained aboard to aid in salvage efforts.
The crew members report no damage to the hull. Refloating operations could take several days.
