Evansville police respond to a shots fired call early this morning.
They were sent to the 1600 block of Herndon Drive a few minutes after midnight after a caller to 9-1-1 said someone had fired a shot at her house.
Investigators made note of a bullet hole in the side of the house and went inside.
There, they found where a bullet had gone into the couch on the other side of the house.
Police developed information that led them to 24 year old Chad Minton, who was found and detained at his home.
He was booked into jail on criminal recklessness charges…
