Owensboro High School quarterback Gavin Wimsatt announced his verbal commitment to Rutgers today.
Wimsatt chose the Scarlet Knights over Louisville, Kentucky, Ole Miss, Notre Dame, Georgia Tech, Oregon, West Virginia and Cincinnati.
