A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in Henderson last night (Tues). It happened as 19-year-old Miniya McClure was driving down North Green Street near 12th Street, around 8:30 p.m. Henderson Police believe she could not see the man crossing the street due to a lack of lighting in the area. 52-year-old Willie Rapier was taken to Deaconess Midtown to be treated for serious injuries.
