Former ECHO Housing director Stephanie TenBarge has been sentenced to two years on probation on federal theft charges. She was also ordered to pay restitution.
Josh Orem is her lawyer. He says TenBarge is prepared to make the restitution payments. Prosecutors say she embezzled thousands of dollars between 2015 and 2017.
Tenbarge pleaded guilty to theft charges in August.
ECHO Executive Director Chris Metz says the organization is ready to move on, and concentrate on its primary mission of helping the homeless.
