Todd Rokita says he has terminated his business relationship with health care company Apex Benefits, in which he maintained an ownership and advisory position after becoming Indiana Attorney General.
One day after taking office, Rokita requested an informal advisory opinion from the Inspector General’s office on potential conflicts of interest.
A spokesperson with the attorney general’s office said that opinion concluded that there was no conflict with Rokita’s official duties.
