Evansville police are considering misdemeanor charges against a patron of the High Score Saloon over the weekend.
That person was seen on video pouring a beer on an employee of the business.
That person, along with others in his group, refused to wear face masks inside the saloon and were asked to leave.
The saloon owners have filed a police report and police are trying to identify the person in the video who threw the drink.
