New restrictions on public gatherings are being instituted.
Governor Holcomb says social gatherings will be capped at the limit imposed by county metrics.
Social gatherings will be capped at 25 people for counties in the red zone, 50 for counties in orange, 100 for counties in yellow and 250 for counties in blue.
Local health departments will not be allowed to grant exceptions.
