We’re learning more about the investigation into a carjacking and shooting that took place on the south side of Evansville on Tuesday.
E-P-D officer Phil Smith says there was a newer maroon Dodge Charger occupied by at least two suspects.
Smith says there was some interaction between the people in the Charger and those in the Jeep Gladiator, since the driver of the Charger was, at one point, inside the Gladiator with the victims.
Smith says video from the convenience store scene shows one of the victims running toward the back where he is struck by gunfire.
