The Diocese of Evansville Catholic Education Office reports nine positive COVID-19 tests at seven of the 26 diocesan schools.
The diocese didn’t specify which schools were affected as is their policy.
Eight of the positives were students; one was a school employee.
The students and employee are self-quarantining and will return as appropriate.
Close contacts have been located and advised.
