E-P-D responded to the 3400 block of Pollack Avenue to a physical disturbance call.
They were told that a woman had possibly tried to run over a man with a car.
They were also told that the woman sprayed the man with pepper spray.
The car backed out into Pollack as officers arrived, and drove past them, at which point the driver flipped them off.
Officers followed the car driven by 22 year old YShara Moss and tried without success to stop her.
She finally stopped at Van Park Drive.
She was arrested on charges of domestic battery and resisting police…
