The man accused of urging others to take violent action against several civic leaders has been granted probation.
25-year-old Ebon Ellis pleaded guilty to felony intimidation earlier this month.
Prosecutors say in two Facebook Live posts, Ellis allegedly called for acts of violence against Mayor Lloyd Winnecke, City Council President Alex Burton, Police Chief Billy Bolin, and E-P-D officer Phillip Smith.
